FutureFarming’s Shipping Policy
We currently ship our products domestically, within India.
Some areas may be unserviceable.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Our delivery partners complete shipping through weekends and holidays. If in case there is an expected delay in fulfilment of orders, we will reach to you via email and inform you of the same. Our partners may also contact you with the information provided during check out.
We work with multiple partners to fulfil our orders across varied geographies. The actual shipping cost is estimated basis variable factors including the weight of the package and destination.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment confirmation and order tracking will be available via email from time to time as an update
Customs, duties, and taxes
We collect GST as per the HSN Code of the ordered product at the time of checkout.
FutureFarming is not responsible for any customs and additional taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
FutureFarming is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not ship internationally
Returns Policy
We don’t accept exchange or returns on our products due to hygiene reasons. However, if you receive damaged/wrong products, please contact us at info@futurefarming.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the product and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
