a. Yes, Farm Investors invest their money into farms expecting a return on their investment after their harvest has been sold.

b. While Farm Observers make no financial commitment, so they can only follow a farm to get updates about the activities going on within that contract of the period they followed. Farm Observers will also see the return on investment that farm Funders get but will not participate in the profit from the sold harvest.

Yes, Farm Investors will get a rewarding profit from their farms to sponsor the farm.

Yes, each farm has a Projected Income Statement for you to be able to calculate your return on investment. You can increase or decrease the number of farms you buy and it will calculate your net profit along with your initial capital.

FutureFarming is designed to give Farm investors updates at least every 1month. And Animal farm Investor’s updates every 14 days these updates will come in the form of text, pictures or videos of activities going on in your farm. Also, when there is a new update, the FarmInvestor is notified via mail.

Yes, in many cases, investors or prospective investors can visit a project with prior approval. Please email info@futurefarming.co.in to see if a farm visit is possible.

Yes, you can cancel your investment up to the closure of a round of funding. Once the funding round has closed, you will not be able to cancel your investment. If you’ve already submitted payment, you should expect a refund within 30 business days.

It’s dependent on the farm you select, the investment cycle can run from 4 months to 15 years.

• The profit is paid to the Farm Investors Wallet on future farming or as a bank transfer with 25 working days or you can just get the farm-produced product at your doorstep for the farm you chose to invest in. The Farm Sponsor can re-invest in another farm or cash out their investment immediately.

• Yes, we have secured the investment of our Farm Investors with insurance from reputable firms. Also, we have provided the right environment with the best farming practices for the farmers to farm.

Traditionally, farmers needed to approach informal lenders and loan sharks to get the capital they needed to start a farming cycle. This made them profitless due to the high-interest rates (as high as 25% per month) put upon them. With future farming, we trying to make a revolutionary change by making India Organic all in all.
